Privacy policy

Your files
Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored. The PDFs and images you choose are processed on your own device, inside your browser. They are never sent over the network, and this site has no server that could receive them. When you close or reload the tab, everything the tools were holding in memory is gone.
We do not save your files, your file names, or anything derived from them. There are no copies, no thumbnails, no queue and no processing logs, because no file ever reaches us. The finished PDF is created as a temporary object in your browser and saved by your own browser's download function.
Accounts and personal data
There are no accounts, no sign-up and no newsletter. We do not ask for your name or email address anywhere on the site. If you email us using the address on the contact page, we will have whatever you put in that email and will use it only to reply.
Cookies and advertising
The site itself sets no cookies. The only thing it stores locally is your answer to the cookie-consent banner, so you are not asked again on every visit. It is, however, supported by advertising, and third-party ad providers such as Google AdSense may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads. Those providers may also collect technical data such as your IP address, device type and browser.
You can control this: Google explains its use of advertising data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and personalised advertising can be turned off at adssettings.google.com. Your browser settings and any ad or tracker blocker you use also apply here. Nothing about your PDF files is available to advertisers — those files never leave your device in the first place.
Hosting and analytics
The site is served as static files by a hosting provider, which may keep standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and operational reasons. The pdf-lib library is loaded from the unpkg.com CDN, so your browser makes a request to that CDN when the page loads. We run no analytics of our own.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
