Reporting a problem with a file
Please do not send us the PDF itself — we do not want a copy of your documents, and we cannot debug from one anyway since nothing is processed on our side. What actually helps is:
- which tool you used (merge, split or images to PDF);
- your browser and operating system, e.g. "Safari 18 on iPhone";
- the exact message shown on the page, if any;
- roughly how big the file was and how many pages it had.
If your browser has a developer console, any red error text in it is the single most useful thing you can paste into the email.
