Replies usually take a day or two. If you are reporting a bug, the following makes it far easier to fix:

• Your browser and version, and whether you are on desktop or mobile.
• The output format and quality setting you used.
• What you expected versus what happened.

Please do not attach the image itself unless you are happy to share it — a description of its type (photo, screenshot, transparent logo) and its dimensions is usually enough.

Feature requests

Resizing, batch renaming and AVIF output are the most requested additions and are on the list. Anything that would require uploading your files to a server is not, on principle.
